1.To determine the alumni attitudes towards the new training and development program the quota sample must contain the following quota variables: age, gender and academic performance. The alumni gender ratio must be exactly the same or approximate to the actual gender ration of the current students. The age group also must be close to that of the current student body. That is the sample must consist of alumni who have recently graduated. Academic performance is an important variable as without this the population will not be accurately represented. At least 20 alumni must be included in each cell.
