The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) was endorsed by Congress in l935. The NLRA assured employees the right to form unions without worry of administration reprisal.Њж It conceived the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to implement this right and outlawed employers from committing unjust work practices that may disappoint coordinating or put off employees from negotiating a union contract.
