Globalization has created employment opportunities in many countries. However, these opportunities are not always equal among countries. There are several factors that constrain employment, and among these factors are those pertaining to economics, political, immigration, organization and demographic factors. These are the major issues in United Kingdom and USA that will be discussed in this study.
