There are a number of issues that surround the work environment of todayдЫЄs businesses. These issues have impacts on the efficiency and results of the organization and its employees. The reason of such issues is the diversified workforce struggling together without knowing and resolving the multi-cultural issues that exist between them. The American, Germans, Italians and Swiss employees working as a team also end up creating situations where the understanding of each otherдЫЄs culture and strategies to resolve the conflicts is required.
