Obesity is a growing concern in most nations all over the world. Consumption of convenience food has become a global trend influenced by changing lifestyles. Fast food has gone global and is responsible for obesity in most countries. College students dietary intake does not meet the daily nutrition needs. They eat out 3-4 times a week and convenience, taste and cost seem to be the priority with college students in their meal choices.
