The case under question is a blatant case of discrimination at work force. The nursing profession is dominated by women and the supervisor of Brad is therefore indulging in gender discrimination. In this essay we will comment on the case of Brad and the discrimination he is facing in the process of hiring of a morning nurse. This issue will be commented on from the perspective of HR supervisor. The ethical hiring process will be discussed alongside with the strategies to overcome such discriminations in the hiring process. Brad is also afraid of retaliation from his supervisor therefore steps will also be discussed to address this concern of Brad.
