Teamwork is an effective way to influence workers positively, as it allows the application of several management techniques, which will lead to boosting of motivation, employee satisfaction levels, and productivity. However, an important factor to consider is the differences in attitudes of the individuals in the team. It is highly probable that not a single strategy will have the same effect on each team member. Thus, while planning teamwork, management must ensure that the policies and management strategies they choose address these differences to ensure that there will be a resultant positive influence due to the plan.
