Reflective Activity Week 7

Our organization is a small-medium sized organization. It is a shopping mart with grocery items, cosmetics, day to day household items etc. Being a mart with various items on the shelves, using IT is imperative in order to keep record and for the ease of customers as well as employees. We have an IT department with twenty people who work solely on IT, headed by a PhD of Information Technology. These employees come up with Strategic Technology Plans which are approved by the owner of the mart.
