What does it mean to be a leader in a cultural context?

Where most of the employees agree to central norms and value in an organization, it then becomes the organizational culture. It is the employees that shapes the norms, values and beliefs and in turn determines the corporate environment and culture. While some comes with prejudices, other tries to fit in well with the prevailing culture. Whatever the case maybe, person-culture fit influence to a great extent, the work outcomes and organizational commitment of the employees.
