Abstract Organizational performance and change are important elements of an organization. Transformational and transactional change affect mission and strategy, leadership, and culture that which influences structure, management practices, and climate. Work unit climate affects motivation which is determinant of performance. This literature explains how these variables interact and how the process work. These variables are further explained using NutriSystem as an example.
