Leadership Application Project

This paper explores published articles found in the internet regarding strengths and weaknesses, and/or advantages and disadvantages of leadership to choose. This paper gives us an idea what leadership by example will guide an individual to become a good leader. Three internet sites were visited to come out with this report and in my analysis four major factors are necessary to be an effective leader (by example) education, interpersonal relationship skills, communication, and good decision. I dont see any weaknesses or disadvantages if you have all these traits mentioned above.
