Problems With the Status Quo

I am writing to tell you how my job things are going. As you know, since February I have been working in Production Department that seems to be a great challenge for me. I am glad that new position gives me opportunity to learn a lot of new things and gain required experience and skills. However, lately work environment in our department has been changed, creating shortcomings and concerns, which I would like to share with you.
