Short excerpt:

Homelessness describes the condition of a person without a fixed place to live in. The Welsh Government views homelessness as one of the most extreme forms of social exclusions and is committed to prevent it and to support the homeless people, wherever possible. In order to keep track of their performance in this regard, and to be able to better understand the reasons for homelessness, the Welsh Government regularly publishes data on this issue. Out of the vast amount of data published by them, this paper highlights and presents some of the key elements about homelessness in Wales.
