Short excerpt:

From the perspective of individual behaviour, removal of the time clock did not show any improvement in the individual behaviour employees. Although people appreciated the newly acquired freedom however immediately after, the freedom was misused and became unproductive. Employees were found to enter late and leave early. Also people began to take extended lunch breaks. This shows the lack of responsibility among individual employees in the organization.
